Complete and quality check your EEA2 and EEA4 reports before submission to Labour Oﬃces.
Develop eﬀective communication strategies to ensure that your duty to inform and consult is complied with.
Assist in complying with the Employment Equity regulations. Not complying with the Act could land your organisation with a ﬁne from the Department of Labour who conduct random inspections regularly.
